Eric Mey.

I'm Senior Director, Emerging Technology and Innovation at SalesAi. I build voice and agent systems, measure how they behave, and turn what I learn into tools and guides other developers can use.

I designed an AI software foundry that gives a team of AI systems a shared architecture and parallel development slices, then orchestrated its use to deliver SalesAi's Usage and Entitlement Platform, which now runs the company's usage and entitlement infrastructure.

My work also includes evaluation and fine-tuning tooling, speech-model integration on GPUs, and the move from a white-label voice platform to an agent harness we own. I lead the AI Center of Practice and work directly on customer solutions as a solution architect. I teach engineers context engineering; a public version of that lesson is here. The company systems are described here, not published as open source.

My independent work is public. I published a five-lane request router with its model, dataset, evaluation and a tutorial for training your own. Musubi stores and retrieves agent observations and context, with hybrid search and a path from raw captures to human-reviewed notes. A shared runtime and host integrations bring that memory into coding agents.

My engineering leadership includes product engineering at SalesAi and internal systems at Salesforce, where I managed the integration of Einstein AI into internal tools. I'm based in Carmel, Indiana. Outside work: guitar, sound design and custom music hardware. Email me or find me on LinkedIn.
